I Tried.

I did.  I tried to make gorditas de nata just now and FAILED.  It’s really sad, actually, which is why I had to tell someone.  I blame the bad recipe, but it’s probably because I can’t cook, read or reason.  I’ll try again tomorrow.

So, don’t know if you know this, but I use Windows Live Writer to post to this blog.  Big news though: I HATE THE FORMATTING LIVE WRITER HAS FORCED ON ME SINCE I CHANGED MY LAYOUT. Seriously, it’s annoying.  It’s giving me little text boxes and double spacing everything and I can’t stand it.  I’m twitching, a little.

Back to gorditas.  I made the dough.  I’m just waiting my minutes until the recipe says it’s okay for me to put them on the comal.  (I don’t think you can tell, but I just gave the dough a dirty look, like maybe it might be a better dough now.)  I’m just really upset that I can’t read.  Or think about things logically.  Even the cat thinks I’m stupid at this point, and he’s mentally challenged, seriously.

well.  it’s time to see of what my gorditas are made. wink.

UPDATE: well, my gorditas de nata turned out to be gorditas de nada.  Better luck next time.

Actually, yes, I did change the set up of my blog.  Just clearing that up.

Also, my arms are completely sore from Wii Sports yesterday.  Dang.

back back back

Been a while, no?  I’ve not been busy, so I have no excuses.

Mexico was great.  I love the country and the food, so I have few less-than-good memories (although that could be because I don’t have many bad memories).  I’m working on my photoalbum/scrapbook for my time abroad, by studying for China.  You know.

...

Latest addiction: Criminal Minds.  It’s such a great TV show.  Also, Whose Line Is It Anyways is still funny.  So funny.

My garage based room is now orange.  It’s beautiful and not yet finished.

:::

I learned how to play the drums on Rock Band today.  Pokémon is the only video game for me.  There is no need for some ability to keep rhythm, see and move in a 3D space, plan ahead or time anything.  You probably could play Pokémon without being alive.  Probably.
